What are your standard delivery times and costs?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for smaller items. For larger bathroom suites and ceramic ware, we use a specialized pallet service which takes 5-7 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my bathroom layout?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed. Please note that bespoke or custom-made vanity units are non-returnable unless faulty.

Do your products come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Absolutely. All Envy Bathrooms products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Many of our premium taps and shower valves include extended manufacturer warranties of up to 10 or 25 years for your peace of mind.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, especially on fragile items like glass screens or ceramics, contact our support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a swift replacement.

Do you offer professional installation services?

While we are a specialist retailer of high-end bathroom fixtures, we do not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a certified plumber or bathroom fitter to ensure your products are installed according to UK building regulations.
